GSC 264 - Water Resources and Policy3 Credits
Students explore the management of water resources and policy in the United States, from the local to national level. The field of water resources and policy is inherently interdisciplinary and students analyze issues from legal, social, economic, and ecological perspective. The course enhances critical thinking and science communication skills through readings, involved discussions, independent research, and a team-based investigation of a local water issue. Prerequisites: Sophomore standing
