BUS 327 - Marketing for Sustainability3 Credits
Students learn about the socially-conscious sub-disciplines of marketing. The course challenges the idea that marketing plays only a commercial role in the economy, emphasizing the impact of modern marketing on consumer welfare and society. Students develop integrated marketing plans that seek to shape the conservation ethic of an organization’s individual members and their communities through an environmentally and socially responsive marketing mix. Prerequisites: BUS 232 and sophomore standing.
