BUS 429 - Managing People & Conflict Resolution3 Credits
Students learn how to build teamwork in the work environment. Students learn approaches to managing people, conflict, and the art and science of negotiation with the goal of making students more effective managers in a variety of business situations. Students learn processes of performance management and methods of giving critical feedback and using performance appraisal tools. (Recommended PSY 110 )
Prerequisites: BUS 232 .
