BUS 361 - Organizational Behavior3 Credits Students examine different types of leadership skills used to resolve organizational problems and to achieve the goals of the organization. The behavioral and social sciences are stressed with emphasis on leader and leadership development theories. Includes the principles, concepts and processes that interpret human relations in management at the individual, group and organizational levels. Prerequisites: Junior or Senior Standing.
