BUS 226 - Essentials of Economics4 Credits This course combines the basic aspects of macroeconomics and microeconomics to develop the fundamental skills of economic thinking. Students examine the relevance of economics to society and the interaction between politics and economics. Students complete the course understanding that economics is neither business nor finance but that knowledge of economics is vital to understanding these fields.
