BUS 415 - The Inclusive Workplace3 Credits
Students acquire knowledge and skills that prepare them to be effective managers of diverse populations. The course emphasizes the causes and consequences of organizational exclusion and introduces students to realities of the contemporary workforce, including demographic, legislative, and social policy trends. Students learn the process of organizational change and how to apply interdisciplinary theories of cross-cultural differences to increase their intercultural competence. Prerequisites: Junior standing
