The deep breathing, flowing movement, precision, control and concentration utilized in each workout will challenge your body and soothe your soul. As you build a strong core, you’ll also develop heightened mind-body awareness, improve body movement patterns and functional fitness, increase strength and flexibility and reduce stress. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing, and bring yoga mat or towel.
